1. Overview

MyADASiteAudit.com ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. What Data We Collect

Account and Contact Information

When you create an account or purchase an audit, we collect your name, email address, and the URL of the website you want audited.

Payment Information

We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. Payment is processed directly by Stripe. We receive and store only a payment confirmation token and the last four digits of your card for your records.

Website Audit Data

To perform your audit, our engine fetches and analyzes the publicly accessible pages of the URL you submit. We store the scan results — including identified accessibility issues, compliance scores, and generated PDF reports — and associate them with your account.

Usage Data

We automatically collect basic server logs including your IP address, browser type, pages visited on our site, and timestamps. This data is used solely for security monitoring and service reliability.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver and improve the audit and monitoring services you purchased • Send you your audit report, compliance alerts, and account-related notifications • Process and manage your subscription through Stripe • Respond to your support requests • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Service.

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes — ever. Your data is used only to operate and improve the Service you purchased.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

Stripe

We use Stripe, Inc. to process all payments. When you enter payment information, it is transmitted directly to Stripe and governed by their Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy). We never see or store your raw card data.

Anthropic

Our audit engine uses Anthropic's AI API to analyze accessibility issues and generate remediation guidance in your report. The publicly accessible content of the URL you submit — and only that content — may be sent to Anthropic for processing. We do not send Anthropic your name, email, or payment information. Anthropic's use of data submitted via API is governed by their usage policies at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.

Hosting and Infrastructure

Our application and database are hosted on cloud infrastructure providers that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. These providers do not have the right to use your data for their own purposes.

6. Cookies

We use cookies only to maintain your login session while you are signed in to your dashboard. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. Closing your browser or signing out will clear your session cookie.

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling session cookies will prevent you from staying logged in to your account.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information and audit reports for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, your account data is retained for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate, after which it is deleted from our production systems.

Server logs are retained for up to 30 days for security purposes and then automatically purged.

8. Your Right to Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by emailing support@myadasiteaudit.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by email. Note that we may retain records required by law or for fraud prevention for the period required by applicable regulations.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive fields, and access controls that limit who on our team can access your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date below and notify you by email if the changes are material. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
